Visitors Welcome
INDIVIDUALS . FAMILIES
Visitors are always welcome at Corfu Donkey Rescue throughout the whole year. Our visiting hours are daily from 10 am till 5 pm. It is also possible to take one of our donkeys out for a walk, unless the donkey is eating.
During the hot summer months like July and August it is not possible to walk a donkey because of the heat.

We do welcome treats for our donkeys!
But please, keep in mind the following:
- During the summer it should be apples and watermelons only.
- In the winter we will accept carrots.
- Carrots in the summer go bad and soft too quickly in the heat.
- Please understand that you cannot feed ANY treats to the donkeys
( for safety reasons !!!) - We share everything out later to all of them.
- Special dog treats are also welcome.
- You are welcome of course to groom and stroke the donkeys.
- For them, this is as good as treats !!!

Important for Tour Operators
From 2017 on, guided group tours are not possible anymore at CDR.
We regret we cannot accept visitors who come on organised tour operator buses or transport of any kind.
This is for health and safety and legal reason for the animals and visitors.
No exceptions can be made
